Richard Shaver said everything he knew was in these writings. That was why all the footnotes to explain the concepts he felt were vital to understanding our real predicament on Lemuria (earth).

Aha! Luckily I keep WAR OVER LEMURIA on my bedside. I should have recognised the photo.

But i do recognise the camera, it's a Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic. Lens might be a Vivitar but it's really difficult to tell.

I leafed through the maybe 150 developed and printed rock pictures on his desk. He developed them himself, on coated or rough stock, depending on what he got sent from the photo dealer, he said. Some were hand colored, tinted with magic marker, to show different areas he wanted to stress, either for a later painting, or for future study.

He used his own techniques. He had a Spotmatic, and a telephoto lens fixed backwards. He'd tried commercial photo labs, but they didn't understand what he wanted.

This means he used a reversing ring that allowed his lens to be installed in reverse for close-up Macro shots. Interesting!
